Ingredient 01 · 3,000 mg per shot

L-Glycine

USP / EP grade

What it is
The simplest amino acid, found in protein-rich foods and made by the body.
Why it is in AVUNE
Glycine is a building block the body uses to make glutathione, so it supports the glutathione system alongside sulforaphane. It also gives the shot its natural sweetness and acts as a gentle buffer, so no harsh acids are needed.

Creatine Monohydrate

Micronised, 200 mesh, ≥99.9%

What it is
One of the most widely studied compounds in sports nutrition, stored in muscle and brain as phosphocreatine.
Why it is in AVUNE
Supports the regeneration of ATP, the cell's energy currency. Creatine at 3 g a day is recognised to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. It is micronised and held in suspension, and the 5-second shake makes it drink smoothly.

Pomegranate Peel Extract

Punica granatum, standardised ≥40% punicalagins

What it is
A peel extract standardised to at least 40% punicalagins, delivering 296 mg of punicalagins per shot.
Why it is in AVUNE
Punicalagins are ellagitannins. Gut bacteria convert them over several hours into urolithin A, a compound studied for its role in supporting the cell's renewal of its mitochondria. The extent of conversion varies from person to person.

Ingredient 04 · 30 mg glucoraphanin per shot

Broccoli Seed Extract

Brassica oleracea italica, 13% glucoraphanin

What it is
A seed extract standardised to 13% glucoraphanin, the natural precursor to sulforaphane.
Why it is in AVUNE
During production, glucoraphanin is converted into sulforaphane under controlled conditions, so the amount in each shot does not depend on individual digestion. Sulforaphane supports the Nrf2 cellular defence pathway.

Mustard Seed Extract

Brassica juncea, myrosinase enzyme

What it is
A cold-milled seed fraction standardised for myrosinase enzyme activity, at 12 TGU per shot.
Why it is in AVUNE
Myrosinase is the enzyme that converts glucoraphanin into sulforaphane. This fraction is selected to steer that conversion towards sulforaphane.

Sodium L-Ascorbate

Buffered vitamin C

What it is
A buffered, non-acidic form of vitamin C.
Why it is in AVUNE
It activates the myrosinase enzyme and scavenges trace oxygen in the bottle. Vitamin C also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

α-Cyclodextrin

Food grade

What it is
A ring-shaped molecule made from food-grade starch.
Why it is in AVUNE
Its small cavity matches the shape of sulforaphane. Sulforaphane sits inside the ring, shielded from water, and its strong natural aroma is softened.

Sunflower Phosphatidylcholine

Non-GMO, liposomal

What it is
A phospholipid from sunflower, from the same family as the lipids in our own cell membranes. Non-GMO.
Why it is in AVUNE
It forms nanoscale liposomes, tiny protective bubbles that carry the sulforaphane complex and keep the formula evenly suspended. They are designed to release their contents at the gut wall.

Tripotassium Citrate

Monohydrate, USP / FCC

What it is
The citrate salt of potassium, used as a gentle buffer.
Why it is in AVUNE
It holds the shot at a near-neutral pH of 6.35, kind to an empty stomach and protective of creatine, and it binds trace metals that could otherwise spoil the formula.

Eriodictyon californicum, 10% flavanones

What it is
An extract of Eriodictyon californicum, standardised to 10% flavanones.
Why it is in AVUNE
Its flavanones soften the natural bitterness of pomegranate by quieting bitter taste receptors on the tongue, with no sugar needed.

Blood Orange, Yuzu & Ginger

Natural flavour complex

What it is
A natural complex of Sicilian blood orange, Japanese yuzu and ginger.
Why it is in AVUNE
It brings a fresh citrus aroma and a warming ginger finish, and the warmth sits comfortably with sulforaphane's mild natural pungency. The shot's ruby-amber colour comes from natural sources, never artificial dyes.

Rebaudioside M, Thaumatin, Acacia & Xanthan

Plant-derived

What it is
Rebaudioside M is a sweetener from the stevia leaf. Thaumatin is a sweet protein from the katemfe fruit. Acacia gum and xanthan are plant-based thickeners.
Why it is in AVUNE
Together they deliver sweetness with no added sugar, and keep the creatine evenly suspended so the shot stays smooth and velvety.

Potassium Sorbate & Rosemary Extract

Carnosic acid

What it is
Potassium sorbate is a gentle preservative. Carnosic acid is the active compound of rosemary extract.
Why it is in AVUNE
Sorbate, together with the shot's low water activity, keeps it microbiologically stable without heat. Rosemary carnosic acid protects the liposomes from oxidation.

Vegetable Glycerin

USP, plant-derived

What it is
A plant-derived glycerin, making up about a third of the shot.
Why it is in AVUNE
It lowers water activity, which protects the actives from degrading in water, and gives the shot its silky body.

De-oxygenated Purified Water

Nitrogen-sparged

What it is
Purified water, de-oxygenated with nitrogen before compounding.
Why it is in AVUNE
Removing dissolved oxygen protects the formula. Each bottle is then filled cold and sealed in amber glass under nitrogen.
